The rarest Ferrari series-production model is the Ferrari 195 Inter (1950–1951) with only 25 units. One-offs and concept cars are not counted here. Next come the Ferrari 250 GTO (1962–1964) with 36 units and the Ferrari 166 Inter (1948–1950) with 37 units.
