Frédéric Vasseur is a French motorsport engineer and manager. Since January 2023, he has been team principal of Scuderia Ferrari in Formula 1, succeeding Mattia Binotto; he previously managed Renault, Sauber, and Alfa Romeo. He was the fourth non-Italian and the second French person to head the team. Ferrari celebrated his first victory as team principal with Carlos Sainz Jr.; the team achieved its first one-two finish at the 2024 Australian Grand Prix. Further victories followed in Monaco, Italy, the United States, and Mexico City, and Ferrari finished second behind McLaren in the Constructors' Championship.
